The Vivian Foundation, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code 1986.

Such purposes include but are not limited to charitable giving to ministries that are dedicated to reuniting families impacted by the prison experience, by supporting community projects and faith based initiatives that are committed to keeping kids on the right path and assisting other non-profit organizations that are dedicated to improving the well being and quality of life for children of the incarcerated.

The Vivian Foundation, Inc. is organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin and as such must adhere to State regulations under Chapter 202, Subchapter I and II of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Vivian Foundation received its 501c3 exempt status on May 28, 2015.

Katherine M. (Katie) Scheller is the Registered Agent for The Vivian Foundation and is serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board President. Katie is also the author of Call Me Vivian and Vivian’s Call.

The goal of The Vivian Foundation is to positively impact each one of the 2.7 million children who has a mother or father in prison. We are devoted to helping raise awareness for these kids and supporting ministries and other non-profit organizations that are dedicated to serving the needs of these children.
